Water Heaters

We offer installation of Bradford White water heaters, which come with a 6 or 10 year warranty. We have in field knowledge of repairing and servicing a multitude of water heater systems including, but not limited to: residential water heaters, electric water heaters, natural draft gas water heaters, high efficiency powered gas water heaters and on demand tankless gas water heaters.

Heating & Cooling

We offer new installation of both Premium and Builders grade furnaces and AC units. Premium grade Amstrong units come with a 10 year warranty of both parts and labor, while Builders grade Concord units come with a 10 year warranty of parts and a 5 year warranty of labor. All warranties are also transferable from a first to a second homeowner. We have in field knowledge of repairing and servicing a multitude of furnaces and AC systems including, but not limited to: Natural gas and propane furnaces, split system air conditioners and heat pumps, ductless mini split AC and heat pump systems

Other Services

We also provide a number of different services including, but not limited to: residential humidification and dehumidification systems, bathroom exhaust fans, kitchen range hoods with makeup air units, walk in coolers, stand alone refrigeration units, and more!

ABOUT THE OWNER

Coming from a family of entrepenuers, Marty Hemmelgarn started his own company in 2021. In 1930, Ed Hemmelgarn (great grandfather to Marty) started his own egg business, Hemmelgarn and Sons. This business would be passed down multiple generations to Floyd Hemmelgarn (grandfather of Marty), and eventually Rick Hemmelgarn (father of Marty). After seeking his own path, he found himself walking in simular footsetps and starting his own business in the HVAC industry. With 15 years of working experience, Marty sought to make a name for himself in the industry. Today, he seeks to provide top quality installation and repair to furnaces, AC units, water heaters, exhuast fans, and more!
